conditions
1. Single room not available, rent includes all 5 bedrooms.
2. Max 15 people inc children.
3. Min 30% deposit must be transferred to owners bank account not more than 3 days after booking confirmation is received.
4. Booking must be confirmed by owner via email prior to assuming confirmation of booking.
5. Payment must be made in full at least 30 days before arrival
6. Cancellation 90 days prior to requested arrival date will incur 10% charge of paid amount,, cancellation 89-30 days prior to requested arrival date will incur cancellation fee of the full 30% prepayment. Cancellation 29 days or less to arrival date will incur charge of the booking amount in full.
